Accounts Administrator | Mercedes-Benz Brisbane
Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our high-performing Accounts & Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a premium automotive brand and develop your career in a supportive and professional environment.
Working from our dealership in Newstead, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Manager of Accounting & Finance and departmental managers by providing accurate and timely administrative and finance support.
What you day will look like:
- General administration duties
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Assisting with deal processing and deal pack documentation
- Month-end processing
- Other ad hoc finance and administration tasks as required
What we're looking for:
Experience in a similar position is highly regarded but not essential. We are seeking someone who brings the right attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
- Reliability, honesty, and a positive work ethic
- A strong team focus
- Fast learning ability and a high level of accuracy
