- Ensure schedules are fully supported with the required labour, machinery, and material availability while proactively addressing constraints and bottlenecks.
- Drive improvements to scheduling processes, SOPs, and systems to lift productivity, reduce errors, and enhance customer lead time performance.
- Lead, support, and develop the scheduling team, setting clear expectations, maintaining accountability, and fostering a customer-first, high-performance culture.

What You Need to Succeed

- Solid experience in production planning and manufacturing scheduling, supported by strong technical aptitude and confidence using ERP systems (Business Central desirable) and Excel at an intermediate–advanced level.
- Proven ability to improve processes, solve problems, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels across the business.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise competing demands while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
- Customer-centric mindset with resilience, adaptability, and the capability to provide leadership or guidance — prior team leadership is highly regarded.
