About this Role:

We are seeking a professional, collaborative and energetic Content and Social Media Co-ordinator to join our Marketing and Community Engagement team in an ongoing capacity. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in implementing marketing and communication strategies and developing content that showcases the MGGS experience.

This position oversees the School’s content development, social media channels, and the production of marketing collateral and publications. You’ll be an impactful communicator who can quickly understand our community, values, and strategic direction to ensure all content reflects our brand voice and tone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and curate engaging content for social media, web and print.
- Manage social media accounts, including daily posts during term time.
- Coordinate the production of publications such as Messenger (bi-weekly newsletter),The Anderson (yearbook)



and Information Exchange (bi-annual magazine).
- Capture and edit photos and videos at events for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with staff to source stories that highlight programs, achievements and values.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategy.

About You:

- Tertiary qualification in journalism, communications, marketing, or related field.
- Experience in content creation and social media management.
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Photography and video editing skills are highly desirable. Collaborative and creative mindset, committed to enhancing learning programs and student outcomes
