Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender with a passion for hospitality and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have:

- Extensive cocktail knowledge – able to prepare both classic and contemporary cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency.
- Barista experience – skilled in making a range of coffee beverages to a high standard.
- Full understanding of bar operations – including stock control, restocking fridges, rotation, and wastage management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Strong knowledge of beverage trends, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Team player with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities





- Deliver high-quality beverage service, ensuring every drink meets house standards.
- Manage stock effectively, including restocking fridges, maintaining accurate stock levels, and minimizing wastage.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, anticipating guest needs.
- Support smooth daily operations, assisting colleagues when needed.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
