The Role
Exciting Opportunity for a Assistant Team Leader at our Warwick Location!
We are actively seeking dynamic individual to join our team in Warwick as a Assistant Team Leader. As a vital member of our vibrant team,
you will play a key role in Customer Service, Merchandising, and Stock Management. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising the store team to ensure optimal performance and exceptional customer service.
- Effectively selling goods and services, providing advice on product use to customers.
- Conducting employee training to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Following company procedures for opening and closing stores.
- Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned.
Successful candidates will be entrusted with keys to the store for opening and/or closing duties. The work hours will be fixed fortnightly, accommodating the schedules of successful candidates, including weekend shifts.
