We’re supporting several established joinery workshops across Sydney and are looking for reliable CNC Operators who enjoy focused, detailed work in a well-organised environment.

✨ What You’ll Do

- Operate CNC machinery to produce precise joinery components
- Follow clear drawings and job sheets
- Set tools, load programs, and adjust machine settings
- Maintain consistent quality throughout each run
- Keep your workspace organised and support the workshop team when required

✨ What You Bring

- Experience operating CNC machines (joinery or cabinetry preferred)
- Ability to read drawings and measure accurately
- Steady, detail-oriented approach to work
- Reliable,



self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Experience with Biesse / Homag / SCM machines is highly valued
