We’re have an exciting prospect for a passionate and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join our Wellness business. This would be based in our Melbourne head office in South Yarra.
About the Role
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting EDM delivery, member communications, brand collateral for events and experiences, and merchandising/gifting coordination.
This is an ideal role for a detail-focused marketer who is passionate about wellness, hospitality, luxury experiences and creating meaningful moments for members.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate EDMs including content preparation, scheduling, list management and reporting.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager with the development and rollout of member communications, announcements and updates.
- Assist in creating, managing and distributing event and experience collateral, including signage, menus,
programs and printed material.
- Support gifting and amenity coordination (stock tracking, packing, supplier follow-up).
- Maintain marketing workflows, project trackers and asset libraries.
- Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Provide general marketing administration and support across campaigns and member engagement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in marketing coordination or a similar role for a luxury lifestyle or retail brand
- Exceptional organisation, copywriting accuracy and asset management skills.
- Experience with EDM or CRM systems (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot or similar).
- A passion for wellness, hospitality or premium lifestyle brands.
- Positive, collaborative and solutions-driven.
