To be successful you will have the following:

- A degree in Construction Management (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a mid-tier to upper tier construction company
- Strong background in hard dollar projects from the builder’s perspective
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Solid experience in both Design & Construction project delivery
- Skilled in managing teams of Contract Administrators and Supervisors
