About the Role
As a Part-Time Machine Operator at our Streets Ice Cream Factory located in Minto, you will be responsible for the following, including creating some of Australia's most loved frozen treats!
- Operating ice cream production equipment
- Production line monitoring
- Material handling and packaging
- Equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Quality control and product inspection.
Experience with machine operations, production lines, or food manufacturing is ideal,
but not a requirement of the role and all training is provided. A positive attitude and willingness to learn what we're looking for!
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely perform manual handling of up to 20kg.
- Ability to stand on your feet for the duration of your shift
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including zero tolerance to drugs or alcohol
Roster Schedule
For this position the roster required is:
Week 1 - Thursday Night (6pm-6am)
Week 2 - Thursday Day (6am-6pm)
Week 3 - Tuesday & Wednesday Night (6pm-6am)
