The Role
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager looking to step into leadership, or an existing Team Leader who still enjoys managing a portfolio.

You’ll lead and mentor a high-performing team while also maintaining your own manageable portfolio. This role offers strong support from the PM Leadership team and a clear pathway to grow your leadership capability within a fast-moving and well-resourced business.

This is a full-time position in our Double Bay office, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday every 3 months (with the following Friday as an RDO). Competitive salary, leadership allowance/bonus structure, company phone and excellent perks provided.

- Lead, guide and mentor a motivated PM team
- Day-to-day oversight of a portfolio - managing relationships with owners, tenants and key stakeholders
- Provide coaching, onboarding and ongoing performance support to team members
- Work closely with the PM Leadership team to ensure best practice across processes and customer experience




- Conduct routine inspections, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Liaise daily with landlords, tenants and internal departments
- Support the leasing and new business teams with collaboration across the portfolio
- Oversee repairs & maintenance workflows and ensure high standards of service
- Ensure compliance, quality control and consistent following of company procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic filing and documentation

To be successful, you will need:

- Experience as a Senior Property Manager or Team Leader
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Strong leadership qualities or clear appetite to step into leadership
- Outstanding organisation, prioritisation and follow-up skills
- Impeccable written and verbal communication
- A confident, friendly and professional approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, high-performing environment
- Professional presentation and positive energy
