We are on the lookout for an experienced recruiters to join both our experienced and driven Aged Care and Allied Health/NDIS specialist teams. About the job:
Your primary responsibility will be engaging with high level Aged Care professionals and clients. Ensuring job opportunities and candidates are aligned effectively while negotiating to secure successful placements.
In this role working as a healthcare recruiter, you will have the insight and luxury of clinical professionals onsite as part of the team that you can call upon and tap into their knowledge and expertise. We have an immediate start position for an experienced 360-recruitment consultant to join our young growing team.
We offer a market leading commission scheme. If you're a strong biller then you'll probably be better off with us!
You will have the following attributes:
- At least 12 months 360 recruitment experience
- Experience supporting clients in the aged care/allied health industry
- Strong sales ability
- Experience working to KPI's
- Strong time management and prioritising skills
- Are self-motivated, driven and competitive
- Proven experience in building long term and genuine relationships
- Wants a career that rewards you for your achievements
