About the Role:
We’re looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our team as Adult Apprentice Technicians for our Burnie and Devonport locations. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone who’s ever spends their weekends working on vehicles and thought, “I wish I’d done an apprenticeship when I was younger.”
Whether you’ve been working in another industry, taking time out, or simply never found the right opportunity, this could be your chance to build a current career in a skilled and respected trade.
What You’ll Do:
- Work alongside experienced technicians, learning practical, real-world skills
- Complete formal training toward a recognised qualification
- Get involved in diagnostic work, repairs, maintenance, and technical problem-solving
- Earn while you learn — competitive Above Award wages
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-taught automotive enthusiast looking to obtain a trade.
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
- Must have a current Tasmanian Driver License
- A genuine interest in hands-on, technical work
- No prior trade experience necessary — full training provided
