TC Steel is family-owned & operated business, operating in across Regional NSW & QLD for over a decade. We are based in Westbrook QLD & Jindera NSW, servicing the local region with capacity to deliver locally manufactured steel across NSW, Victoria & Queensland.

This position is based in our Westbrook, QLD (Toowoomba) Workshop.

We are looking to expand our team, to increase our service offering to existing and new contract opportunities, regionally and interstate. All works would be completed locally by our local team, with our transport arm delivering interstate.

Work is not limited to mild steel fabrication, we additional complete structural and industrial fabrication, repairs and maintenance to company-owned equipment, and specialised metalwork items.

We currently require a Lead Boilermaker/Welder/Fabricator, the appropriate candidate would;
• be able to pass a weld test;
• be able to read drawings;
• be able to open & close workshop;




• be able to take direction – reporting directly to Workshop Manager;
• have a Forklift License;

Experience leading a workshop and/or managing an apprentice would be preferred, but is not required.

If you wish to further your skillset, are motivated, reliable & have industry experience you are someone we wish to talk to!

Ideally a candidate would have the Trade Qualification in Cert III Engineering –Fabrication, however if they have experience in the industry and relevant fabrication over a period of 3-5 years consideration would be given.

Salary Details: Full-Time, Hourly Rate & Working Hours negotiated on experience; Over-time on offer as part of the package.
