The Sussex Hotel in Walkerville is reopening this December after a major renovation, and we're gearing up for a massive summer season! We're seeking passionate hospitality staff to join our team.

We have multiple casual vacancies and are looking for experienced hospitality staff to work in the following areas and roles at the Sussex Hotel, part of Matthews Hospitality Group!
ABOUT THE JOB
We are currently seeking an all-rounder to join our front-of-house team on a casual basis for 20+ hours a week.
Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays is required.

We offer a unique experience to enhance the overall entertainment experience for our customers. With an eye for detail, accuracy, and compliance with gaming legislation being a top priority.
Pay rates are in line with Hospitality Industry (General)
Award 2020, Level 2.
ABOUT YOU
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (Essential)
- Basic Gaming Certificate and prior gaming experience (Preferred)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to work autonomously with ease
- Quick learner, passionate and enthusiastic
- Trustworthy, reliable, and positive attitude
- Bartending experience is preferable
- Be well organised and able to work under pressure
- Fast learner, passionate and enthusiastic
- Good cash-handling skills
- Keno, TAB, GFR Pro experience an advantage
