The Role & Project
MACA Mining are seeking experienced HD Fitters to join our maintenance team at our Miralga Creek project. The Miralga Creek Project, owned by Hancock Iron ore, is situated approximately 100km from the Utah Point stockyard at Port Hedland, with production of 1.9Mtpa.
The fleet on this project consist of Komatsu 1250 excavators, Komatsu 785-7 trucks, CAT dozers, graders, watercart and T45 drills

To be successful in this role, you will require
- Relevant Australian Recognised Trade Cert
- Surface mining equipment fleet experience - Komatsu, CAT
- Ability to troubleshoot and fault find complex mechanical and hydraulic problems.
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valuable knowledge and ability to follow work health & safety procedures and policies
