About the Role:
Operate and maintain mobile equipment (Front End Loaders, Skid Steers, Forklifts)
Use computer systems to monitor and control the asphalt production process
Ensure the smooth running of asphalt production
Maintain safety and quality standards
What You’ll Need:
General Construction Induction Card (White Card) and full driver’s license
Experience in asphalt manufacturing or Concrete Manufacturing (preferred)
Experience in operating machinery such as skid steers, forklifts, and loaders (preferred)
Basic hand and power tools experience
Knowledge of control systems
Mechanical skills or be mechanically minded
Willingness to work day & night shifts
