**Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 (neg) plus Superannuation**

**Location: Southport Gold Coast, QLD 4215**

**About the Role**
We are seeking a full time experienced and proactive **Retail Store Business Manager** to oversee our operations and support our growing business. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement—both directly and through events.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain the overall operations of the business.
- Oversee inventory: monitor sales performance, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate stock control.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to develop a capable and motivated team.
- Plan and implement purchasing strategies, marketing policies, and promotional activities.




- Prepare and manage budgets including sales forecasts, pricing, and product mix.
- Deliver superior customer service and ensure compliance with liquor regulations and responsible service standards.
- Organise and coordinate functions, wine tasting events and other marketing activities, including supplier collaborations, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

**About You**
- Proven 3 years retail management experience, ideally in wine, beverage, hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable understanding of inventory management, wholesale and retail sales operations, and KPIs.
- Customer-focused mindset with high service standards.
