We are looking for energetic, customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Section Waiter at Kid Kyoto to help us out for the Christmas period, with on going shifts for the right candidate.

Section Waiters are tasked with providing our customers with a superior experience, ensuring all orders are taken correctly, delivered promptly, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with hospitality and friendliness.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner.
- Clear used plates, glasses and other items from tables in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized and presentable workspace while adhering to all food safety guidelines.




- Resolve guests' complaints in a timely and qualified manner.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a section waiter required.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment.
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Must be able to carry 3 plates
- Must possess a valid state alcohol certification. NSW RSA
