About the Role
As the Fixed Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our service and part operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager you will lead a team of 8 direct reports, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
This newly created position offers the opportunity to influence strategy, implement best practices, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of fixed operations, including service, parts, and related functions.
- Drive operational excellence and implement best practices to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and mentor your team of 8 direct reports, ensuring engagement and skilled growth.
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with company goals.
- Develop and execute appropriate plans and programs to assist in the achievement of sales and profit targets
- Drive Lean processes and meetings that are in line with Franchisor standards
- In conjunction with the Parts Manager,
manage parts stock and warranty store and ensure KPI’s and ratios are maintained.
About You
