Join our team and help deliver impactful programs and projects!

- Head Office in Belmont.
- Part time, 28 hours Tuesday to Friday with required office days on Tuesday and Wednesday.
- 12-month contract commencing 5 January 2026.

About the Role

Child Australia looking for a highly organised Program & Project Officer to provide essential administrative and coordination support. In this role, you’ll assist with scheduling, reporting, stakeholder communication, and compliance to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate project timelines and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare reports and documentation for stakeholders.
- Support grant reporting and funding submissions.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries.
- Assist with meetings, workshops, and events.

About You

- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proven administration or project support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively.
- Experience in building and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
- Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

As part of our commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months. This must be submitted prior to commencing employment.

Desirable:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management or Community Services.




- Experience in not-for-profit or community organisations.
