You will not be alone in this journey, our clinic owner also operates a successful, established dental practice in another part of Geelong. You will have strong support, ongoing training, and guidance to ensure a smooth transition and set you up for success as you help us grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all patients
- Leading the front desk: emails, typing, records, and coordination of complex treatment
- Managing payments, HICAPS, Medicare claims, and account reconciliation
- Overseeing reception: booking, scheduling, and patient enquiries
- Maintaining infection control, sterilisation, and stock management systems
- Supporting, mentoring, and training recent dental team members
- Playing a central role in establishing and nurturing a positive, collaborative team culture
About You
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Dental Practice Manager preferred
- Dental assisting background essential
- Demonstrated ability to oversee daily operations of a busy clinic
- Confident, organized, and enthusiastic about team building
- A proactive leader keen to take initiative and grow with the business
- Eager to make a real impact at an exciting new clinic
