Navi is an intimate fine diner with adjacent lounge that's accolades include Two Chef's Hats (Positive Food Guide Awards) and and Three Wine Glasses (Australian Wine List of the Year Awards).

Candidates must have 3 years minimum fine dining restaurant experience to excel in our award-winning establishment.

We are seeking an experienced junior Sommelier to continue to develop and curate the beverage list to be diverse, clever and yet approachable to the broad tastes of our diners.

A minimum of 2+ years sommelier experience is required for this position.

WSET Level 3 certification is required for this position.

Candidates must hold valid work visa or appropriate Australian work rights.

With the oversight of our wine consultant, you will be in charge of curating the beverage list, managing inventory,



and enhancing the wine service in the lounge and dining room.

With the support of the wine consultant you will develop a wine training program for staff and work with the Beverage Manager and Chefs to continuously update and refine the matching drinks options for the tasting menus.

As we are a small team we are seeking someone that can demonstrate initiative and use their exceptional customer service to support the rest of the front of house with service.
