A great opportunity to work in a sales support role, working alongside our small sales and administration team.
We are a family owned manufacturing business. We manufacture and sell premium security doors, primarily to residential customers.
- Part Time - ~30hrs per/week
- Monday - Friday (negotiable days/hours)
- Immediate start available
- Opportunity to learn many aspects of administration & bookkeeping skills
Your focus & day to day tasks
- Take phone & website sales enquiries - no cold calling
- Showroom enquiries
- Preparing quotes & invoices
- Scheduling appointments
- General administrative duties to assist bookkeeper
Skills and experience
- Excellent communication
- Attention to detail
- Strong computer skills: Outlook & Excel
- Customer focused
