Davey is seeking a qualified electrician with strong expertise in 3-phase wiring and pump systems to take on a Technical and Warranty Support role. This position is 100% focused on providing technical and warranty support to customers in the field, ensuring timely resolutions and outstanding service.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Provide in office technical and warranty support to customers and Master Dealers.
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and pump-related issues.
- Manage warranty cases and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Deliver technical advice and troubleshooting for installations and repairs.
- Support commissioning of commercial systems when required.

- Qualified electrician with proven experience in 3-phase wiring.
- Strong knowledge of pump systems and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
- Customer-focused mindset with clear communication skills.
- Familiarity with warranty processes and service reporting.
