Due to our continued success and growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our business for multiple projects within Sydney.
Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be expected to have previous experience in the construction industry and a keen eye for detail and process completion.

Responsibilities:
1. Onsite Support & Coordination
- Attend site 2–3 times per week to take photos, record progress, chase trades.
- Prepare daily/weekly site logs (weather, deliveries, trades onsite, delays).
- Coordinate deliveries: materials, fixtures, joinery, steel, windows, etc.
- Pre-check trades (markups, set-outs, material quantities).
- Measure rooms, mark-out walls, cabinetry and fixtures alongside site supervisors.
- Ensure site presentation (cleanliness, safety signage, temporary protection).
- Maintain site folders and plans (latest revisions printed and filed).
2. Office / Operations Administration
- Prepare variation forms for your approval (pricing with margins).
- Upload invoices, match them to purchase orders, send to accounts.
- Organise inspections: engineering, private certifier, council.
- Track procurement lead times
- Maintain project folders: drawings, specs,
RFI logs, subcontractor insurances.
3. Client Communication Support
- Prepare weekly updates for your clients with photos, progress notes & program status.
- Assist you in writing emails, issuing instructions, and documenting decisions.
- Manage selections/finishes lists and track outstanding decisions.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure WHS documents are in place on each site (SWMS, toolbox talks, inductions).
- Prepare handover documentation packs: warranties, manuals, compliance certificates.
- Track HBCF, PCA requirements, engineer sign-offs, waterproofing compliance, etc.
5. Procurement & Material Tracking
- Request quotes for materials and trades.
- Chase suppliers for pricing and ETA updates.
- Source alternatives when selections are discontinued
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar position, preferably in residential constructions such as renovations & recent builds
- White Card required
- Must be able to Drive Manual
- Understanding of construction process & Industry standards
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-based mindset
- Proactive, self-motivated quick thinker.
- Experience with MS Office and MS Projects
- Ability to work and problem solve under pressure.
