Co.As.It. is seeking a Part time 3 days a week, Coordinator –Teacher and Resource Management (TRM) for immediate start.

The Coordinator –Teacher and Resource Management (TRM) is responsible for coordinating the teaching staff and for creating and managing resources for Education programs under the direction of the Team Leader – Education. The Coordinator – TRM is the first point of contact for all teachers and is responsible for the successful management of teaching staff in all the Education programs.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Essential

- Qualification in education or demonstrated significant work experience in an educational setting;
- Demonstrated understanding of Co.As.It.’s role within the community and the functions of each area;
- Excellent oral and written communication in English;
- Well-developed organisational skills, including a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines;
- Highly-developed computing skills including experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, email,



Internet and Education-specific teaching and learning online programs e.g Wordwall and Genially;
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills; confident manner and experience in working with the public;
- Consistency, accuracy and accountability in undertaking tasks, and maintaining records
- An ability to show initiative, and to work independently.
- Demonstrated knowledge of educational requirements as well as teaching and learning cycles;
- Ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis and manage competing priorities and tasks;
- Understanding of, and commitment to, WHS, Equal Employment Opportunity, ethical practices and the Ethnic Affairs Priority Statement

Desirable

- Well-developed communication in Italian
