Our Mission

Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Support founders on high‑priority initiatives and cross‑functional projects
- Coordinate investment, operations, and legal teams
- Prepare strategic reports, analyses, and presentations for investors and partners
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and develop global commercial and strategic partnerships
- Conduct market, competitor, and investor research to secure funding and attract the right investors
- Craft high‑level materials for institutional partners and stakeholders
- Manage key business initiatives end‑to‑end, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Optimize internal processes and operational workflows
- Act as a thought partner to the founders — bringing data, structure, and creativity to complex challenges
- Build and own HiveGate’s marketing and growth strategy
- Lead social media, content, storytelling, and brand positioning
- Drive PR, press relationships, and global earned media
- Community building, influencer collaborations, funnel design, analytics, and experiments
Qualifications
- Highly analytical — spotting opportunities, risks, and shifts in the AI ecosystem
- Experienced in sales, marketing, and securing funding — capable of attracting investors and unlocking government‑backed programs
- Strategic yet hands‑on — you build, execute, and deliver results
- Entrepreneurial and ambitious — thrive in zero‑to‑one chaos
- Exceptional communicator — able to engage global stakeholders and investors
- Culturally savvy — excited to work with and learn from diverse teams worldwide
- Passionate about innovation, AI, and shaping the future
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus
- Fully comfortable working remotely with globally‑distributed teams
What Your Role Looks Like Day‑to‑Day
- Lead high‑impact projects across business verticals
- Prepare presentations, reports, and performance insights
- Conduct market, competitor, and investor research to identify opportunities and secure funding
- Drive fundraising: create pitch materials, coordinate outreach, and manage investor relations
- Streamline workflows, optimise operations, and leverage AI for efficiency
- Act as a sparring partner to the founder on strategic priorities
- Market-competitive salary after funding
