About the Role
As a casual team member, you’ll be a vital part of our restaurant operations. You’ll work closely with your teammates and managers to deliver fast, fresh, and flavourful meals, all while creating a great experience for our customers. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and enjoys being part of a supportive and energetic team.
Key Responsibilities
Food Prep & Service
- Prepare and serve high-quality menu items with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Keep food areas clean, organised, and well-stocked
Customer Experience
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and a smile
- Take customer orders and payments accurately using our POS system
- Ensure every guest leaves happy and satisfied with their experience
Cleanliness & Store Standards
- Maintain a clean and presentable store environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
- Help with end-of-day cleaning and pack down procedures.
Stock & Inventory Support
- Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating stock
- Restock ingredients and packaging as needed throughout your shift
Teamwork & Culture
- Collaborate with your team to keep operations running smoothly
- Support new team members with training and encouragement

What We’re Looking For
Experience (preferred but not essential):
- Previous experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is a plus
- On-the-job training will be provided for the right attitude!
Skills & Attributes:
- Energetic, reliable, and a strong team player
- Passionate about food and delivering great customer service
- Quick on your feet and able to stay cool under pressure
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications:
- Valid Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid Certificate (desirable but not essential)
