Job Summary
We are seeking a experienced Medical Receptionist for casual part-time/Full-time position at Casula Central Medical Centre (Unit 6B 633-639 Hume Highway Casula, NSW 2170). Casula Medical Centre is open 7 days. Must be able to work on weekends.
Applicant must be versatile, enthusiastic and motivated person who is committed to patient care and excellent customer service. Previous experience in a General Practice role is compulsory.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
At least 3 year recent experience as medical receptionist in a GP practice
Knowledge of medical software, preferably with Medical Director/Pracsoft software
Good customer service and teamwork skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Positive and friendly manner
Ability to empathise with patients
Job Type and Category
Required to work flexible hours . Job is shared with other receptionists.
Must be available to work additional shifts to cover holidays and relieve other staff as needed.
