Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities? Monarch Community Health Services is seeking Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to clients with physical disabilities and/or mental health conditions.

As a Support Worker, your role is vital in helping our clients maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. You will assist with daily living activities and work closely with individuals to support their personal goals.

We’re looking for candidates who:

- Are compassionate, empathetic, and committed to empowering others.
- Have a flexible schedule and high availability, including the ability to work weekend shifts.




- Value the importance of building solid, respectful relationships with clients.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.15 – $43.23 per hour
