YOUR NEW ROLE

As a valued construction lawyer, under the leadership of one of their top construction partners, being the RIGHT-HAND to a senior associate, you will relish actively engaging in highly intellectually stimulating +engaging construction disputes (approx 70-80% litigation) and some construction transactions/advisory work (approx 20-30%).

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- are admitted as a solicitor in NSW;
- have minimum 2 years (or more up to associate level) in construction LITIGATION (essential) and construction transactions/advisory (preferable not essential);
- have strong communication, legal drafting & research, negotiation, advocacy and client management skills;
- are adaptable, commercial, dead-line driven and results-oriented;
- have proven ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment;
- are hungry to advance your career LONG-TERM as a construction lawyer.
