Responsibilities:
- Oversee the agent's calendar and inbox, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication with clients
- Manage high-end client relationships, ensuring ongoing support and exceptional service
- Coordinate and prepare marketing materials, listings, appointments, and documents for property transactions
- Assist with processing listings, exchanges, settlements, and preparing appraisals
- Collaborate with a sales associate to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Lead and support the team in all aspects of operations
- Demonstrate a proactive approach,
anticipating needs and solving problems effectively
- Ensure all tasks are completed with impeccable attention to detail
Requirements:
- Valid certificate of registration or real estate license
- Proven experience managing high-end clients and handling a variety of tasks
- Robust multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Experience in real estate transactions and knowledge of industry standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
