We are seeking a talented and experienced Cook, Kitchenhand to join our team at Erin's Restaurant & Catering in West Ryde. We are home style home made fItalian restaurant creating high-quality dishes and weekly specials. The successful candidate must be willing to create and work as a team and continue to meet the expectations of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing dishes
- Ensure that all food meets quality and safety standards
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Supervise kitchen staff when needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Experience as a Cook in a restaurant setting
- Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of culinary techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
