Job Description
ASICS has an exciting opportunity to join our Content Marketing team as Content Creator. Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for creating content across a wide range of digital channels from initial idea conception to execution.
So, what goes into making that happen?
- Create content consistent with ASICS brand guidelines
- Ideate video concepts, filming original video assets (on mobile device and camera) and editing the content for various social channels
- Conduct interviews with sponsored athletes and partners to create captivating content
- Partner alongside stakeholders to ensure content represents brand identity and delivers against objectives
- Research audience preference and keep current with latest social media trends
- Provide graphic design support to the Digital Content Producer

Qualifications
That’s enough about us! Here’s what we hope to see from you:
- End-to-end content production experience and delivery including video and photography from conception to execution.
- Strong pre-production (planning, organising shoot), production and postproduction (editing to brand guidelines) skills a must.
- Experience with interpreting briefs, creative ideation and confident with presenting creative ideas back to stakeholders in a professional environment
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder needs, delivering final post-produced content that is aligned to approved concept and deliverables
- Demonstrated leadership behaviours with confident communication skills on set, ability to problem solve, lead the shoot and take full ownership during production. Experience shooting individually or with support.
- Management of licensed pack shot production through external photographer Ordering stock,
- Experience working in a professional workplace,
proficiency with Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience shooting in various locations including outdoors as well as in studio
- Expert in capturing videos and photos using DSLR camera and mobile deceive
- Proficiency with a range of Adobe Creative Suite products (Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or other creative editing software
- Proficient in utilising music software programs and applying to motion content
- Fundamental understanding of branding best practices and brand consistency
- Live and breathe social media culture – knowledgeable and up to date in different social trends and best practices
- Tech-savvy, team player with solid communications skills – ability to connect and collaborate
- Highly detailed-oriented, organised and flexible individual who is accustomed to working in a fun, fast paced environment and has proven capacity to work well under pressure
- Passionate (fan/spectator/participant) about Sports and/or Running is highly desirable.
