Sydney-Wide | Multiple Locations from North Shore to South West Sydney
Monday to Thursday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Tuesdays: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Saturday Nights – As Needed

We’ve secured a multiple long-term contracts and are looking for a strong, hands-on leader to take full ownership of cleaning quality across school campuses , offices and childcare centres
What This Role Involves:
- Ensure Cleaning Excellence – Conduct random site checks at in early evenings, use GoPro cameras & iPads for inspections, and retrain cleaners for maximum efficiency.
- Manage & Support a Team – Oversee 17+ cleaners, hire & train current staff, and maintain a backup team for emergencies.
- Client & Staff Communication – Stay connected via WhatsApp, handle complaints professionally, and build strong relationships with clients.
- Compliance & Safety Leadership – Conduct risk assessments, audits, toolbox talks, and ensure workplace safety standards are met.
- Operational Flexibility – Work autonomously from your car with full flexibility, eliminating unnecessary office visits.
- Ad-Hoc Cleaning & Special Projects – Oversee one-off deep cleans and additional service requests as needed.

What You Need to Succeed:
Experience in school cleaning or a similar role
Certificate III in Cleaning Operations or Frontline Management (or equivalent experience)
Current Class C Driver’s Licence
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
Permanent residency or a plan to obtain it
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings & some weekends
