Bob's Shoe Store is an established retail business with 3 locations in WA. We are currently looking for a Retail Supervisor for our Broome store. If you have a sparkling personality, previous retail experience, love beautiful shoes and working with fun people - we'd love to hear from you!
The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for the day to day operations and smooth, efficient running of the business and managing a small team of motivated, engaged employees. Previous retail experience and a can-do, hardworking attitude is a must.
We are small, family business but punch well above our weight in terms of product offering, streamlined business operations and encouraging a supportive & co-operative working environment. We are looking for a likeminded person to join our team.
The position requires the following duties:
- Providing excellent customer service and a high level of product knowledge to clientele
- Customer liaison regarding pre & post sale inquiries
- Handling and resolution of complaints and returns of products and assessment of potentially faulty goods
- Liaison with vendors/suppliers regarding new stock receival and faulty goods
- Interviewing potential new staff members and discussing assessment with upper management
- Planning & preparation of store staffing requirements and creation of weekly rosters
- Training new staff members to be fully proficient in all required workflows, processes and systems for day to day store operations
- Intake and resolution of any staff grievances and discussion with upper management concerning any potential issues
- Periodic sales inventory stocktaking
- Continual assessment of shop and warehouse stock to ensure publicly visible pricing is correctly displayed
- Enforcement of safety and security procedures within the store to ensure a safe work setting for staff and customers

Pay: $70,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year
Education:
- High School (Year 12) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Retail Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
