About the Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Dockhand/Dispatch Operator to join our high-performing team in Kemps Creek.
You’ll be right in the middle of the action — sorting, scanning, and dispatching freight for major transport partners including Toll, StarTrack, and FedEx.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading freight on the dock
- Scanning, labelling, and sorting parcels with accuracy
- Coordinating dispatch to meet tight deadlines
- Working with a supportive crew who know how to work hard and still have a laugh
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in dispatch or dock operations (fast-paced environment preferred)
- Forklift Licence ideal but not essential — we can train the right person
- Experience using freight scanning systems in large transport networks
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Full working rights + ability to pass a police check
