We’re Hiring: Personal Assistant (Casual)
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to support our team and ensure everything runs seamlessly. This casual role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day.
Location: Palm Beach
Role: Casual (3 days a week)
We are open to university students applying!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate emails and other correspondence
- Assist with general administrative duties
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide professional support across multiple areas of the business
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
- Assist with planning and coordination of meetings, events, or projects
- Coordinate email correspondence and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
- Source and organise supplies or services when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital tools
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and take initiative
