The Opportunity
Do you thrive on building relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead sales growth from our beautiful Melbourne showroom and help expand our footprint nationwide. In this role, you’ll work closely with a diverse client base, represent our brand at trade fairs, and play an integral part in shaping the future of our business.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong connections with customers in our showroom, helping them bring their creative visions to life.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while actively pursuing new opportunities.
- Represent Floral Interiors at trade fairs, showcasing our stunning collections.
- Provide expert advice and support to customers via phone, email, and our online ordering system.
- Work closely with our supportive, family-run team to drive sales success.
What We’re Looking For
- A natural people person with a flair for building lasting relationships.
- Proven sales experience and a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong communication skills – both in person and over the phone.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience with CRM programs would be beneficial.
- Someone who is organised, proactive, and able to juggle priorities with ease.
- Someone who works well independently but thrives as part of a team.

Pay: $83,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
