ABOUT THE ROLE
Have a passion for vehicles of all shapes and sizes? We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our Tullamarine, 3043 branch. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm! Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure all incoming damaged vehicle stock is catalogued (features and damage recorded), photographed and uploaded to our system accurately and within the required timeframes
- Coordinate, monitor and record stock movements, including departures and deliveries to the branch, providing support to the gatehouse when relief is required.
- Perform general administrative and reception duties, such as actioning incoming emails, answering phone calls, and greeting customers, assessors, investigators, and general deliveries.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by completing all required quality checks across the branch.
- Follow up uncollected purchased items, contacting buyers via phone and email to arrange collection and provide assistance where needed.
- Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Current & valid manual drivers' license (essential)
- A strong focus on attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask
- Competent verbal & written communication skills
- Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
- Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
- The successful candidate must be willing to work occasional overtime on weekends where required.
