About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Massage Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team at All for One Studios in Melbourne. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is driven to make a genuine impact through hands-on, evidence-based care. You’ll work alongside physiotherapists, women’s health specialists, and Pilates instructors in a purpose-built, wellness-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver remedial, sports, and pregnancy massage to a diverse and engaged client base
- Collaborate with our allied health team to provide integrated treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with best practices
- Provide continuity of care to clients through exceptional service and relationship-building
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings both skill and heart to their practice.
You’ll need:
- A Diploma of Remedial Massage or higher
- Membership with a professional association (e.g. Massage & Myotherapy Australia, ANTA)
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Skilled indemnity and public liability insurance
- Experience in a clinical or health-focused setting
- A warm, client-focused approach to care
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

Additional Details
- This is a full-time position.
