My Supports is an organisation led by people with firsthand experience in disability. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll join a vibrant local Neighbourhood Team with a close-knit group of fellow support workers, all led by an experienced Team Leader.
Our Team Leaders offer day-to-day support and guidance, collaborating with you to understand our clients' needs. This approach helps us deliver person-centred, community-inclusive supports.
Our client is seeking male support workers with Mental Health experience supporting in the Sunnybank and Marsden area. We have a variety of shift available across days and times.
Successful applicant will ideal have Mental Health Qualifications.

- Higher than award rates –A two-hour shift attracts an average $38.00 – $39.26 rate per hour and we pay a higher sleepover shift allowance too!
- Additional Earnings: Kilometre reimbursement, shift penalties for afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Complex Care Allowance: Additional pay for working with high-intensity clients.

Requirements
- Permanent Australian Working Rights (Preferred)
- Australian Driver's Licence (Preferred)
- Comprehensive Car Insurance (Required upon commencement)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Required upon commencement)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Required upon commencement)
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $36.00 – $40.00 per hour

- Disability Support Work: 1 year (Preferred)
