What We’re Looking For
- Flexibility: Available for a rotating 7-day roster (including weekends, late nights & early mornings)
- Attitude: Reliable, positive, and a genuinely “can-do” attitude.
- Experience: Previous hospitality and/or customer service experience
- Customer Excellence: Strong focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Holiday Availability: Able to work during Christmas & New Year
- Bonus Points: You love chicken!
Our Trading Hours
Sun–Thu: 6am – 10pm
Fri–Sat: 7am – 12am
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Your role will involve performing a variety of tasks across the store, including:
- Providing exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
- Executing Front-of-House (FOH) duties (e.g., taking orders, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness).
- Performing Back-of-House (BOH) duties (e.g., food preparation, cooking, washing/sanitizing dishes).
- Strictly adhering to all company policies and food safety procedures.
