About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and compassionate Wellbeing Manager to lead our Meaningful Life program and enrich the lives of our residents at Ashfield Terrace Care Community.

- ? Employment Type: Permanent full-time, Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)

What You'll Do:

✔️ Lead a diverse and engaging program of events and activities that support physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.





✔️ Develop personalised engagement plans for residents, celebrating their unique backgrounds, preferences, and passions.

✔️ Coach and mentor our care team to deliver meaningful, daily interactions with residents.

✔️ Work closely with clinical and allied health teams to support resident mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

✔️ Be the creative driver behind a vibrant community culture where every resident can thrive.

What You'll Need:

✔️ A passion for enriching the lives of others and creating joyful experiences.

✔️ Experience in program coordination, lifestyle, wellbeing, or a similar role (aged care highly regarded).

✔️ Excellent creativity, organisation, and communication skills.

✔️ Leadership experience or a strong desire to coach and support a team.

✔️ A relevant qualification in health, aged care, community services, or leisure & lifestyle is desirable.

✔️ Willingness to complete:

- Pre-employment medical
- Police check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
