This is your chance to join a well-supported pharmacy team within a public base hospital in Hamilton, located in the heart of South West Victoria. Job Specification:
In this full-time role, you'll contribute to all key aspects of hospital pharmacy services, including:
- Dispensing to inpatients and outpatients
- Clinical ward-based activities, including medication counselling and reconciliation
- Preparation and support for intravenous additives, cytotoxic therapies, and parenteral nutrition
- Providing expert medication advice to clinical teams and patients
You'll be part of a collaborative pharmacy department that encourages professional development and supports early-career pharmacists through structured training and mentoring. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Skills Required:
- General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Hospital pharmacy experience advantageous, but not essential
- Robust clinical communication and problem-solving skills
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply - full training provided
