The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Narangba branch, specialising in aluminium window and door solutions for residential and commercial projects. You will play a key role in growing our market presence while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs aligned with the annual windows and doors budget
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, enhancing G. James’ brand presence
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and wider sales team to meet business objectives
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
- Provide professional, responsive customer service to ensure project success
About You
- Proven experience in the windows and doors industry (essential)
- Proven sales experience (essential)
- Proficient with business systems, including MS Office; V6 quoting software preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-focused,
with a proactive approach to feedback and continuous improvement
- Professional, organised, and a positive contributor to team culture
- Current Australian driver’s licence
