We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to align HR strategies with business objectives and act as a trusted advisor to management. This role focuses on talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and driving HR initiatives that support a high-performing culture across Australia and New Zealand.

Description
As HR Business Partner, you will:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive talent management, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies in collaboration with HR functional teams.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment legislation.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, supporting change management and cultural improvement.
- Develop and interpret HR policies, ensuring alignment with best practices and legislative requirements.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Support learning and development programs, facilitating workshops and encouraging manager engagement.
- Promote employee engagement through initiatives that enhance wellbeing and organizational culture.
Profile
- 8-10 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in a HRBP role.
- Strong experience in ER case management and Unions negotiation
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders in a agile environment.
- Willing to go to the office 5 days a week
- Available to start ASAP
Job Offer
- Hourly pay: $ 71 plus super
