Regen Australia is a multi-award winning Australian owned company operating since 1998. We have grown and planted more than 4 million native plants and have successfully completed more than 1700 ecological restoration projects.
Regen Australia is skilled in ecological restoration, revegetation management and environmental civil construction. Since 1998 we have a proven track record of delivering projects for Government and Corporate clients.
Currently, we are working on >150 sites undertaking a range of environmental restoration and vegetation management projects such as:
Planting 100,000's trees to create habitat
ANR Weed control in wildlife conservation areas
Establishing floating reed beds in waterbodies
Creating beautiful and functional native landscapes through Environmental civil works
About the role: Project Manager

Working with our supportive and experienced team, you will manage a range of projects across our expanding project portfolio in Southeast Queensland.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have the following experience:
Essential:
- Experience with the delivery of projects within the contract sum and budget
- Experience with the Delivery of projects within the allocated timeframe.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing accurate project estimates and cost quotations for Projects.
- Understanding of all WHS legislative requirements.
- Ensuring all QMS requirements are met.
- Implementing, monitoring and reporting of project KPI's.
- Meeting all requirements for operational and project reporting.
- Knowledge of all the specifications and requirements of assigned projects.
- Leading work teams and creating a positive culture in the workplace.
- Creating lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Delivering continual improvement in the workplace.
- Efficient use of all Microsoft 365 applications.
- High degree of skill and knowledge of work processes, techniques and methodologies
- Effective and positive communication
- 2+ years' experience in a Field worker (Or field supervisor role) role.
Desirable:
- Tertiary qualifications related to the industry
- Intimate understanding of industry work practices, tools and machinery
- Working with Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2015, Environmental Management System ISO4001:2015, Occupational Health & Safety Management System ISO45001:2018
- Work scheduling and daily rostering >30 staff
- Experience with Aroflo or equivariant strongly regarded.
