Working exclusively with BYD, we are looking for a full time Finance and Insurance Consultant who can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer purchase experience at our prestige facility in Springwood.

We want our Finance and Insurance Consultants to deliver the right solutions, at the right time in a way that keeps the customer experience at the forefront.

About this role:
- Connect with customers, build rapport quickly and act with integrity- always
- Offer unique tailored financial solutions, end to end
- Steer lending conversations with confidence, putting your complete understanding of our products and policies to good use
- Ensure customers have a memorable guest experience as they take possession of their brand current BYD Vehicle
- Use the available technology, to proactively identify solutions for our customers financial needs
- Use your owner’s mindset to make the call, back your judgement and identify opportunities for improvements or innovation
- Be agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly here
Must haves:
- Ability to gain financial accreditation across lending products (background checks required)
- Have a valid driver’s license
