BLC Queensland is seeking an experienced Leading Hand/Skilled Landscape Labourers to join our growing team. This role is based in Caboolture, QLD and will involve supervising and coordinating construction activities on our landscape projects.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with landscape construction works.
- Prepare and plant garden beds, install turf, mulch, and irrigation.
- Hardscapes - Including building retaining walls and paving ect where required.
- Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively within a site crew to deliver quality outcomes.
What we're looking for
- We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working on commercial landscape projects.
- Construction industry white card is a must.
- Knowledge of working safely on commercial sites with machinery and public contractors.
- Reliability, energy, proactivity, problem-solving, forward thinking, and being personable are key attributes we value in our team members.
- A current driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
